Every item at Foot Locker goes through a rigorous authentication process by our expert team. Tracking numbers are usually provided within 3 business days, but vary depending on the arrangement of an order. Foot Locker employs a strict and elaborate authentication process where each product is unboxed to allow thorough inspection of the packaging, exterior appearance, interior components, and accessories. Obvious defects and imperfections are flagged and intercepted, while professional authenticators determine the legitimacy of each product and have their evaluations reviewed by a team before final approval.

Returns & Exchanges

Return

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, with items in unworn condition, original packaging, and Foot Locker tags attached. Please note that items in the "Trading Cards""Collectibles" categories are not eligible for return under any circumstances. The buyer will be entitled to a partial refund once the item(s) are returned successfully. The initial delivery fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee (15% of the total transaction payment) will be deducted from the transaction amount. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and the return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by the Foot Locker Customer Service team. Please contact us before returning any product, as returns without prior confirmation will be considered invalid.

Holiday Return Policy

1. Eligible Purchase Period: Applies to all orders placed between November 14, 2025, and December 31, 2025. 2. Extended Return Deadline: Customers must request a return or exchange for eligible orders by January 15, 2026. 3. Return Conditions: The extension applies only to the return timeframe. All standard return conditions must still be met:   a. Item must be in unworn, new condition.   b. All original tags must remain attached, including the Foot Locker tag.   c. The original shoebox and any accessories must be included and in the same condition as shipped. 4. Refund Process: Once the item is returned and passes inspection, any eligible refund will be issued in accordance with our standard policy.
