Campaign and Voucher
• Private Information collected by Foot Locker from any campaigns will not be leaked or shared with third parties. • All offered codes are applied to the value of the order (product price), excluding delivery costs, and are subject to our shipping information. • The offered code must be entered in the Voucher Code field on the checkout page during the order process. • Coupon codes cannot be combined, and only one code can be applied per order. • Promotional Experience Days are excluded from offers unless otherwise stated. • Price-reduced items (displaying a 'Was' and 'Now' price) are also excluded from voucher offers. • In the event of a product return, the refund will be calculated based on the pre-discount price of the item (the value before the discount was applied), not its Recommended Retail Price (RRP). • In the event of a product exchange (e.g., for a different size), any currency or potential price difference will be based on the value of the item(s) at the time of the transaction, i.e., with the discount applied. However, please note that discounts will not be eligible for the new size/replacement order. • Discount codes and vouchers do not apply to shipping fees. • Any price difference or remaining amount of the discount and voucher code used in the purchase is non-refundable. • In terms of giveaways, some giveaways are pre-ordered; thus, the size will be randomized. • Giveaway items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. • The selected winner(s) will be notified via the email they provided when entering the Campaign(s) around or on the announcement date. Risk and Fraud Control
We may request customer information when abnormal activity is detected in relation to their payment details, which could indicate potential fraud/scams or misuse of personal information.This process is implemented to safeguard both the credit card owner and sellers from fraudulent activities. All collected information will be used strictly for identification purposes. If customers decline to provide the necessary information, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Foot Locker retains the right to cancel any order without prior notification to the customer if suspicious activity is identified with the payment information.
Dispute
If you dispute any transaction made on the Foot Locker website or app, your order may be placed on hold until the dispute is resolved. You agree not to attempt to evade or circumvent any refund prohibitions regarding products purchased from Foot Locker. Except as provided under our Return policy, you agree not to dispute or seek a chargeback from the payment provider used for your purchase. If you initiate a chargeback, your order may be canceled, and Foot Locker reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse future purchases from any account associated with the chargeback.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
Order processing times may vary depending on size selection, seller fulfillment, product availability, order volume, and quality control. External factors beyond our control may also affect processing times. Tracking numbers are usually provided within 7-10 business days of order placement. In some cases, KICKS CREW may take up to 30 days to receive, review, and ship an item due to weather-related delays, courier limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that order processing time and order delivery time are separate stages. Order Processing Time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your item(s) for shipment, including order verification, quality checks, and packaging. This timeframe does not include Order Delivery Time, which begins once the item(s) have been dispatched from our facility to the final delivery address. Estimated delivery times are based on the carrier's schedule and are in addition to the processing time. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, shipping delays, or other logistical issues.
Delivery
Shipping addresses cannot be modified after the order has been placed or dispatched. Please ensure all shipping information, including name, address, and phone number, is accurate. Delivery failures due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility, and KICKS CREW shall not be held liable for any resulting issues or additional costs. For further assistance, please contact the local courier directly. Once the package is handed over to the courier, the order is considered complete, and any updates depend on the courier. Foot Locker will not be responsible for package loss or damage caused by courier mishandling. In case of loss or damage, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier, but the compensation is subject to the courier’s determination. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach of any such laws by you. Shipping is non-refundable for all forms of delivery failure. If your order cannot be delivered, it may be discarded by the local customs or returned to us. Surcharges will be applied. If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us, a refund will be issued according to our Return Policy, with deductions for all applicable return surcharges, taxes, and duties incurred. In certain cases, no refund will be available if these charges exceed the order's total value or if the shipment is discarded.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to the status of your order at the time of the request. A cancellation fee of 25% of the product price will apply to all approved cancellations. Return
Return requests must be made within
14 days of delivery, with items in unworn condition, original packaging, and
Foot Locker tags attached. Products must be returned in their original boxes and placed in protective packaging for return shipping. Do not attach or mark anything to the shoebox or clothing packaging. Please note that items in the
"Trading Cards" and
"Collectibles" categories are not eligible for return under any circumstances. We strongly recommend that all customers record the entire unboxing process to be a reference point for any potential issues with the received product. Kindly document the entire unboxing process, commencing from the initial stages before unsealing the outer packaging. Once you have agreed to return the product following our return policy, no further amendments will be accepted. Upon a successful return of the item(s), the buyer will be entitled to a partial refund. The initial shipping fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 15% of the total amount will be deducted from the refund. Holiday Return Policy
1. Eligible Purchase Period: Applies to all orders placed between November 14, 2025, and December 31, 2025. 2. Extended Return Deadline: Customers must request a return or exchange for eligible orders by January 15, 2026. 3. Return Conditions: The extension applies only to the return timeframe. All standard return conditions must still be met: a. Item must be in unworn, new condition. b. All original tags must remain attached, including the KICKS CREW tag. c. The original shoebox and any accessories must be included and in the same condition as shipped. 4. Refund Process: Once the item is returned and passes inspection, any eligible refund will be issued in accordance with our standard policy. NOTE: Marketing giveaways, $1 Dollar Deals and Final Sale products are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned.
Size Exchange
We offer a one-time size exchange if the item is unworn, with original packaging and Foot Locker tags attached. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return and reshipment fees, price differences, and applicable taxes. The initial shipping fee is non-refundable. Reasons For Unacceptable Return or Exchange
We are unable to process returns or exchanges under the following conditions: • Products not meeting the return/exchange window. • Products that have been improperly used, including, but not limited to: contact with extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or exposure to overheating. • Products with loose threads or cracks resulting from external scratches by hard objects or internal wear and tear. • Products with color fading due to display. • Products with an unclean appearance. • The shoebox or clothing packaging has been damaged or is not in its original condition. • Non-Foot Locker products or products without the Foot Locker Quality Control tag attached. • Products on sale or included in campaign activities, defective items, or items with quality issues. We strongly recommend that all customers record the entire unboxing process to be a reference point for any potential issues with the received product. Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or does not match the description on our website, please contact us as soon as possible. To assist with the process, we kindly ask that you provide an unboxing video documenting the issue.
Accounts, Passwords, and Security
